At Impact Performance & Conditioning we believe in challenging the norm, doing things differently from other gyms and trainers. Impact Performance & Conditioning train people (individuals, groups & athletes) who want to overcome obstacles & better themselves. We actively seek out those who want & are willing to change & not go through the motions. Where our clients are concerned, we aim for standards not limits and give them the power to make a life-long change!
Impact Performance & Conditioning is not an elaborate commercial gym, it is a place where hard work is embraced, egos are left at the door, excellence is strived for & comfort zones are broken.
About Tom Finn BSc Hons, MSc, ASCC
Tom has had the privilege & experience of working with a wide range of people & sports; from elite athletes competing on the world stage, to academy athletes starting their career, to the general public & members of the armed forces.
Tom has worked with the following organisations:
• Ulster Rugby VFDC
• Scotland Rugby 7s
• University of Edinburgh
• Wigan Warriors Scholarship Squads
• Dromore RFC
Tom has achieved a BSc First Class Honours degree in Sport & Exercise Physiology & a MSc Strength & Conditioning. Tom is ideally suited to help clients & athletes achieve their goals, due to his vast knowledge, experience & tailored coaching philosophy. Tom is an accredited member of the UKSCA (United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association.) Tom also holds fitness instructor & personal training qualifications & is REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) registered.
